Trellis
A framework for community-based growth and transformation with the help of psychedelics.
Programming
Infrastructure
A four-week peer support program with 20 participants, divided into micro-cohorts of 4, and guided by 2 facilitators.
Real transformation goes beyond isolated experiences—it requires ongoing support, integration, and community. Trellis was born from the need for a sustainable, peer-supported approach to help people cultivate lasting change. Trellis empowers individuals to support both themselves and their peers on this journey. By bridging the gap between insights from psychedelic experiences and meaningful daily actions, Trellis introduces a new model for sustainable transformation.

Cohort Structure
Weekly cohort and small-group sessions to foster growth, connection, and personal support.
Trellis participants are part of a larger cohort of 20 people, creating a rich, supportive community. Once a week, the full cohort comes together, creating space for collective learning, sharing, and support. In addition, each participant joins a micro-cohort, or “pod,” of four people, offering a more intimate setting for deeper connections and peer support.

Wellness Dimensions &
Daily Commitments
Three daily commitments based on the 9 Dimensions of Wellness
Transformation isn’t just about mindset—it’s about fostering well-being across multiple dimensions. Trellis utilizes University of Ohio's 9 Dimensions of Wellness, offering a holistic framework to help individuals cultivate a balanced and fulfilling life. Covering everything from emotional and physical wellness to spiritual and social health, these dimensions empower participants to develop a well-rounded approach to personal growth. Each day, individuals make three personalized commitments, each inspired by a different wellness dimension they’ve chosen, grounding them in consistent, meaningful actions that support lasting change.
