About the event

Altered states of consciousness hold great potential to impart well-springs of information and insight – but what we do with those riches depends on our capacity to integrate the experience.

A well integrated internal system brings clarity on how to shift our lives in ways that moves us into further alignment. By cultivating our connection with feelings and sensations, as well as our intentions and our practices, we strengthen the source that carries us through life: our bodies. If one has a desire to expand, grow, and change for the betterment of themself and their external imprint, then embodiment must be part of the equation.

Join us on a 2-day immersive experience where we will flow between the realms of the body, mind, and soul. Working with ritual practices, building an altar together, stepping into our primal nature through movement, dance, and other somatic based emotional release, free association, journaling, shamanic journeying and drumming, sitting in stillness and more!

By registering, you agree:

  • To show up on time. This is a closed container: arrival is at 9:30 am, and no admission will be granted after 10:00 am each day. Please plan accordingly.
  • To attend both days, and to the best of your capacity, in your fullest expression of self.
  • To adhere to the principles of Self-responsibility.
  • To show up in person (virtual attendance is not an option).

Testimonial from the last immersive Integration Circle: “Ronni created a very supportive and safe space for us to share and process our experiences, as well as learn and explore a variety of therapeutic tools for navigating past, present, and future journeys. I would recommend this circle to anyone who is looking for a community of reflective people to pursue psychological, spiritual, and emotional expansion with.”

---------------------------------

Ronni Umles (she/they), is an integrative, relational, and somatically oriented psychotherapist and coach. She supports those who feel called to work with her to navigate through a range of adversities, from present relationship challenges to spiritual emergence, psychedelic, and transpersonal experiences that require a knowledge of and experience with altered states.

Her eclectic background encompasses years of personal and professional exploration of the Self through radical free expression and diving deep into her own shadow. Many of the modalities she continues to utilize for her own expansion include dance, yoga, meditation, psychedelics and plant medicine, therapy and coaching, travel, energy medicine, sacred sexuality, and transformational BDsM/K!nk practices.

Ronni is experienced in initiating supportive, safe, and consent forward containers to invite the path of least resistance towards present challenges. Her niche areas in support of others are focused primarily on the transpersonal and the shadow. In practice, she utilizes several approaches including emotional awareness through somatic embodiment, emotional freedom technique, internal family systems/parts work, mindfulness, breath work, visual journeys, and integration/harm reduction. Her goal is to support her clients find fulfillment and elicit change by identifying the healer within as well as integrating the unconscious parts of themselves into consciousness.
