6-Week Integration Circle

Integration circles are supportive spaces where people can share their experience(s) in an altered state of consciousness. A well-held integration circle offers the opportunity for greater depth, confidentiality, relationship building, vulnerability, and non-judgment. They are safe havens in a culture that, on the whole, does not know how to talk about altered states.

While integration circles generally dissolve at the end of the night, integration itself goes on. Psychedelic-induced growth is by nature a long-term process and often shifts one’s mindset, perspectives, and beliefs. In turn, these internal changes often begin to express themselves externally as well. Community and consistency are essential for the evolution that follows.

Join us, starting Wednesday, September 13th from 6:30-8 PM at Atrium82, as BPS launches our first immersive integration, where you will be able to not only process and ask questions but learn skills and tools to support emotional and existential shifts.

The circle will be open to 8-10 members interested in a deeper, longer-term integration container and who are able to commit to meeting once a week for six weeks.

About the facilitator:

Ronni Umles is an integrative, somatic, psychedelic, and IFS-informed psychotherapist and certified Emotional Freedom Technique coach. Her eclectic background encompasses years of personal and professional exploration of the Self through radical free expression. Dance, yoga, meditation, psychedelics and plant medicine, therapy, energy work, and more recently an exploration of sexuality, kink, BDSM, and tantra.

She is experienced in navigating and holding space for her clients going through a diversity of challenges. Her niche areas are focused on relationship issues, codependency, complex family dynamics, inner child and parts work, shadow work, spirituality, existentialism, anxiety and depression, life transitions, and psychedelic/plant medicine preparation and integration. In practice, she utilizes several approaches including emotional awareness through somatic embodiment, emotional freedom technique, internal family systems/parts work, mindfulness, breath work, visual journeys, and integration/harm reduction. Her goal is to support her clients to find fulfillment and elicit change by identifying the healer within as well as integrating the unconscious parts of themselves into consciousness.
