The Ceremony:

100% Pure Ceremonial Cacao is a special and sacred plant medicine for the heart that helps us open up and heal gently while inviting more creativity, joy and love into our lives. Cacao is an ancient plant medicine of the heart used by natives throughout Central and South America, and it is now making its way out into the western world to connect us back to ourselves: our bodies, our spirits, and the earth.

The ceremony provides a space and a structure to reconnect, to take a step away from the hustle of daily life, and intentionally enter into a state of sacred openness. Ceremonial practices can honor and mediate experiences with plant medicines by providing a container for the experience extended through communal support.

We take a moment to acknowledge the deep cultural traditions surrounding these practices and extend gratitude to Masha for sharing a glimpse into this depth. With humility and mindfulness, we invite you to reflect upon your cultural context surrounding your engagement with these practices.

Your Facilitators:

This ceremony will be led by Masha Zolotarsky and Jeffery Tiger. Masha is a graphic designer turned creative healer & health coach. Through her own journey of transformation, she has explored many paths to gain a deeper connection to her soul, intuition, body, and the multi-dimensional world we live in. Among other trainings, Masha is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Focalizing (Somatic) Practitioner, Keith’s Cacao Practitioner, Yoga Teacher and is IFS-informed.

Cutting through her own mental clutter and trauma, she’s able to hold a safe space and be a mirror for other people’s healing journeys. Masha infuses all that she’s learned in creative ways into her ceremonies and client work. She guides adventurous souls to discover who they truly are and learn how to make powerful choices using their own body's wisdom to create a life of freedom and joy.

Tiger is a Psychedelic Guide and Integration Coach at Mindbloom and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Recovery Coach. He facilitates groups for those struggling with addiction, trauma, and PTSD. He is a ceremonial cacao practitioner and holds cacao ceremonies in the New York metropolitan area with his partner Masha. Tiger has over 20 years of experience with psychedelic medicine and recovery. He likes to bring a lighthearted approach to his sessions and believes that heart centered healing is where true magic happens.
