Conscious Cannabis

A group to explore our connection with cannabis and develop healthy partnership skills with entheogenic teacher plants and the living world.

Cannabis can support healing, creativity, insight, relaxation, and connection. Yet many people receive little guidance beyond questions of dose or product selection. Far less attention is given to the quality of our relationship with cannabis and the skills that support mindful and meaningful interaction. Rather than relating through habit, avoidance, or dependence, we can grow a relationship grounded in respect, reciprocity, and awareness.

Drawing from relationship psychology, harm reduction, sacred plant traditions, and contemplative practices, this group explores how developing a healthier relationship with cannabis can also strengthen our relationships with ourselves, one another, and the natural world.
