This is a community event with the goal of tuning participants into their inner worlds. Being it’s the beginning of the year, they’ll tune in to themselves and one another, release what they need to from last year, invite in what they want to from this year, play, move, breathe, and connect.

About the event
Dreamers, voyagers, and cosmic explorers, come aboard our rocketship that’s headed towards Inner Space Camp! As we embark this new year full of potential for growth and transformation, we’re creating a safe and fun space for us to explore the galaxies of our inner worlds.
Curated and led by Nasimeh B.E., a facilitator who is uncommonly talented at awakening the inner child with her warm, playful presence, Inner Space Camp will encourage you to delve into self-reflection and foster a deeper connection with both yourself and those around you amidst a stellar journey.
At Inner Space Camp, you are to expect:
• A grounding community meditation
• Breathing and centering exercises
• Journaling prompts
• Crafts & all camp-like things
• Facilitated connection games
• Play!
Amid intentional practices, we'll release last year’s burdens and invite this year’s aspirations, play, float through movement, breathe in the celestial air, and connect like stars in the cosmic expanse. Join us to engage mind, body, and spirit in the communal orbit!
P.S. This is a substance-free event, but you’re welcome to arrive in costume! Please bring a notebook and pen with you.
