Integration Nature Hike - Harriman State Park

For many people, psychedelics inspire a deeper relationship with nature, and nature itself can be deeply psychedelic! Time spent intentionally communing with nature can be a powerful way to process and integrate our psychedelic experiences.

Join Yaquí Rodriguez and Anneli Marceles on Saturday, September 16th, from 9 am to 4 pm, as we venture away from the city for a very special integration circle and group hike. Peer-supported integration is a great resource to reflect upon these insights as we strive for flourishing, both individually and collectively. Coupled with an immersive group experience in nature, this will be a space of openness and support as we process our experiences through the lenses of growth, healing, and connection.

This circle will be facilitated by Yaquí Rodriguez, a Bushwick-raised Curandera and experienced integration facilitator. We will meet at the parking lot of TBD trail and then start the hike as a group. For those traveling by train, there will be someone at Grand Central Station leading the group up to Harriman State Park.

Upon arrival at the park, Yaquí will help us ground in nature. She will then provide instructions for the integration hike and will guide us in using nature to process our psychedelic journeys. After an approximately 1 hour long hike, Yaquí will lead an integration circle to share and process our experience. We plan to return to NYC by 4 pm.

Be sure to have the following:

• Protective clothing
• Comfortable shoes
• Sunscreen
• Snacks/lunch
• Water bottle
