About the event
Whether pleasant, neutral, or uncomfortable, interactions with others often unearth material that can be difficult to work with. Day to day life can sometimes feel too fast, intense or goal-oriented to bring awareness to all that is revealed in those moments.
But those moments hold tremendous potential for healing and change. How do we work with them? How do we develop more mindfulness while relating to others?
Guided by Insight meditation practitioner Guillaume Caron, this workshop will explore techniques and practices we can bring to bear on the “relational field” of life. We will slow down, come into our bodies and use techniques to reveal what might ordinarily be invisible to us.
By inviting a pause, orienting towards what’s felt in the body, and loosening up, we can connect in a way that feels more natural, emergent and grounded. From there we begin our exploration of the relational field. We…
