Explore the healing power of breathwork

This workshop will begin with a sound meditation, moving into an hour of breathwork, then integration afterward. If you are new to breathwork, be aware that this modality can evoke altered states similar to that of the psychedelic experience, where it’s possible to reach deep levels of consciousness. Please come prepared for potential journeying :)

About the instructor

Rob is a certified Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator, a certified Sound and Music Practitioner, and a long-time practitioner of Buddhist Dharma. He has been actively involved with the Peruvian curandero tradition and the Santo Daime for 20 years. He is the chair of the Chacruna Institute for Psychedelic Plant medicine and helps organize people in the sacred medicine community.

What to bring:

Comfortable mat/bedding, with a blanket and pillow if possible to keep you comfortable during the session. We hope you can join us as we open up to the power of the breath.
